The following section will provide you with floor plans which have been constructed and/or designed by Berg Custom Homes & Design, Inc. Unlike other plans you will see in books or magazines, the dimensions listed on each floor plan are the actual size of the finished room. Dimensions listed in other plans from book or magazines will list the dimensions but are calculated from the outside of the exterior wall to the inside of the interior wall. This can calculate to as much as 8" less of actual finished space. Our plans are designed to be user friendly for those unfamiliar with the building industry.
